Terms of Service

Welcome to mythreel.studio (the "Service"), a Vietnamese AI voiceover and video creation service operated at mythreel.studio. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What mythreel.studio does

mythreel.studio lets you generate AI text-to-speech audio in Vietnamese, pair it with AI-generated visuals, and export short-form video ready for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and podcasts. Available features depend on your subscription plan and credit balance.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• We use magic-link email authentication (no password required). You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Please provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You may use mythreel.studio for personal projects, commercial creator content (YouTube videos, TikTok clips, podcasts, audiobooks, e-learning, and similar), and professional work consistent with your plan.

You may not use the Service to:

• Clone or synthesize the voice of any real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• Generate audio or video that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Produce misleading deepfake audio of public figures, politicians, or celebrities in ways intended to deceive.
• Create content that violates Vietnamese law or the laws of your country of residence.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property, including using copyrighted scripts or likenesses without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI providers.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

4. Your content and generated output

Input scripts

You retain full ownership of the text scripts and other materials you provide to generate audio or video ("Input"). You grant mythreel.studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Generated output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the audio and video files generated from your Input ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of our underlying AI providers (currently Google Gemini).

• Paid plans: Output is licensed for commercial use, including monetized content on third-party platforms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your Input does not infringe any third-party rights. mythreel.studio is not liable for claims arising from content you generate.

5. AI output disclaimer

mythreel.studio uses large language models and text-to-speech technology provided by third parties. Output quality varies and is not guaranteed. Specifically:

• AI-generated audio may mispronounce uncommon Vietnamese names, regional dialects, or specialized terminology.
• Intonation and prosody may not match your expectations for every script.
• AI-generated images may contain artifacts or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing all Output before publishing. We make no warranty that Output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

6. Payments and credits

• Some features require a paid subscription or credit top-ups, processed by PayOS (VND) or Polar (USD).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Credits included in your subscription do not roll over between billing cycles. Top-up credit packs remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• We may adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle already paid.
• Refund terms are detailed separately in our Refund Policy.

Important — no VAT invoice is issued. The Service is operated by an individual, not a registered business entity. We do not issue VAT invoices (hóa đơn GTGT) or any other tax invoice. Receipts are provided directly by Polar (USD) and PayOS (VND) and are available in your processor account. If your accounting or workplace requires a formal tax invoice from a registered business entity, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep mythreel.studio running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• Paid plans: We target high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA. If extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) affects your paid account, we will provide a credit adjustment at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• mythreel.studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Termination

• By you: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued provision becomes legally or commercially impractical. We will give notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam. If you are located outside Vietnam, you consent to this jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving any dispute with mythreel.studio.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
